We want you to love your Dough Ho Ho order. If you're not happy with it, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For advent calendars, the compartments must be unopened.
- Damaged, defective or wrong items can always be reported, even if opened - just send us a photo.
- Add-on services (Shipping Protection, Skip The Line, 30-Day Warranty) are non-refundable once your order has shipped.
How to start a return
Message us through our contact page or email contact@doughhoho.store with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without asking us first can't be accepted.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us within 7 days through our contact page or email contact@doughhoho.store with your order number and a photo, so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
Refunds
We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return. If it's approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a little extra time to post it.
