Every Dough Ho Ho order ships for free.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders with Skip The Line are processed first. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates that start once your order ships, and can be longer during the holiday season. If your order is a Christmas gift, we recommend ordering early.
Tracking
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your order. If you can't find it, message us through our contact page or email contact@doughhoho.store with your order number.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us through our contact page or email contact@doughhoho.store within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Orders with Shipping Protection are reshipped or refunded if they are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible - we can only change the address before your order ships.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the United States and Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
